Our Team

Before founding The Curious. Design, Nina quickly advanced through roles at Sebastian Mariscal Studio, starting as a Project Manager, then becoming Design Manager, and ultimately its Head of Studio. She handled client relations, managed teams in Boston and Mexico, and oversaw design and architectural documentation for projects ranging from multi-family residential to high-end residential and corporate offices. She also served as a senior architect at C|S Architecture, focusing on luxury oceanfront residences and commercial developments. During her tenure there, she was chosen as a Philippine delegate, with her work showcased at the 2016 Venice Architecture Biennale. Nina earned degrees from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and the University of the Philippines.
